1. How many emails can Gmail Send per day?
Looking on Google, if you use their pop server you can send to up to 100 emails with 500 unique email addresses max per day.

2. How many emails can Yahoo Mail Send per day?
Yahoo is 500 emails a day up to 100 recipients per message. The accounts will likely get locked for 24+hrs though if you reach or exceed these figures. 600 emails isn't going to be a great success either, so you'd really need to manage different accounts, and many anonymous proxies.

3. How many email accounts should I create per IP? Which email accounts are best to use?
A good private proxy you can create about 5-10 accounts. But, better is 5 'cause such "guys" as Facebook and Gmail like to ask verification of an account by phone very-very much.

Yahoo 5 or may be more ( Tried 5 at a time)
Gmail : 4 (For Gmail Using 4 accounts per Ip is Good)
Hotmail : 3 hotmail accounts in 24hrs.
Twitter: 5-10 per ip

Google allows multiple login from same account, all you have to do is phone verification in rare case.
Also, depends on the quality of your ip

4. How can I create unlimited amount of mail accounts?
Get a VPN, you can keep disconnecting and reconnecting with a new ip everytime. That way you can create as many as you want.

It's not really about how many per IP with most sites. It's about how many you try in a row too fast. If they went by IP they would have to make rules for places like colleges and constantly update them. Don't overdo things and abuse you'll be fine.

5. How can I set up a email server?
The ESP system include five parts:

1. Frontend: Interspire
2. Backend: PowerMTA
3. DNS: Powerdns
4. Web: dedicated server
5. Bounce: ?

I have already completed the four parts. Now I don't know how to choose bounce service?
In the beginning, i planed to install postfix + dovecot + postfixadmin + squirrelmail on Ec2, BUT Try many times according to these tutorials on, always can't succeed.
